Who is responsible

Melody is a service operated by NEO, which is responsible for how your personal data is used and protected. For any privacy matter, email getneostudio@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your contact details: name, artist or project name, email and phone/WhatsApp.
• Your order details: what you buy, when and its status.
• The files you share for your order: recordings, lyrics, images, metadata and credits. We use them only for your pieces.
• Voice recordings only with the documented consent of the person the voice belongs to.
• Payment confirmations from the payment processor, once payments are enabled. We never store your card details.

We don't ask for sensitive data.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your order.
• To bill what you buy.
• To keep you posted on your order.

We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us prepare and deliver your order, and only what's needed: payment processors, hosting (Cloudflare), the AI services used to produce your pieces, the accounts you authorize (for example your channel or your distributor) and authorities when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or opt out of its use, at any time. Email getneostudio@gmail.com; we reply within 20 business days. California residents have the rights granted by the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

What's stored in your browser

This site saves your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. We don't use advertising cookies.
